Hydrosols for Health and Wellbeing
Hydrosols are produced from the steam distillation process of aromatic botanicals. Hydrosol is the waters from distillation that contains both the water-soluble plant component and micro-drops of essential oils. Hydrosols are known as Hydrosols, Hydrolats, Distillate waters, Floral waters or Flower waters. A hydrosol collects the water-soluble compounds of the plant, as well as a small amount of essential oil, which is suspended in the liquid. Hydrosols are a product of distillation. Our In-House Distillation Process
Our products are processed through artisan-crafted copper stills, resulting in the maximum preservation of nutrients and the highest quality product on the market. We have multiple stills onsite so that we can add to our inventory regularly, bringing you a wide variety of product options.
Lavender is Grown On Site
Evening Light Lavender is a Certified Organic Lavender Farm just 15 minutes North of Spokane, WA (6 miles west of Hwy. 395). There are approximately 18,000 Lavender plants in 40 Varieties and 1,000 Lilacs. As an aromatic botanical farm we also grow 2,000 Rose Geranium each year and a variety of other herbs and flowers. All crops meet USDA standards. The farm exists to create a serene country farm environment where people can come to experience the peace, beauty and restoration of health, mind, body and spirit by providing pure, clean, natural products and education.
